BlueMaxima's Flashpoint project aims to preserve as many Flash games and Flash animations, as possible. At the moment, it has more than 70,000 flash games and 8,000 animations in its database, running on 20 different platforms.

BlueMaxima's Flashpoint versions

The software developers have prepared two versions for users: Flashpoint Infinity and Flashpoint Ultimate.

Flashpoint Infinity is the lightest version of the program, designed for casual players and users. Internet required when playing a game for the first time. Downloaded games can be played offline afterwards. Logos and screenshots are uploaded upon request. You can update only after reinstalling launcher. Available as a self-extracting installer (can also be extracted using 7-zip). Size 500 MB in archive format, 2 GB on installation. The file size increases with use.

Flashpoint Ultimate is a complete package with all games for archivists and data custodians. No internet required. It is 478 GB in archive format and 532 GB after unzipping. This version not only offers access to all games and animations, but also includes all sketches and other graphic elements. You can upgrade to a newer version using Flashpoint Ultimate Updater. Available as torrent and 7Z file (qBittorrent and Free Download Manager are required for torrent and 7Z respectively).

Installing BlueMaxima's Flashpoint

Attention! If you using Avast or AVG antivirus, then it will interfere Flashpoint's work. Avast and AVG aren't the only antiviruses that hinder Flashpoint. If you have a different antivirus, you also need to follow the instructions below.

Before installing, be sure to add the folder in which the installation will be performed directly to the antivirus exclusions. This is especially true of the aforementioned Avast and AVG, as they can damage the archive. If after installation the games do not start, you need to check the files blocked by the antivirus and add those related to Flashpoint to the exceptions.
