Nexus Mod Manager is a tool to control game mods for such series as Dark Souls, World of Tanks, War Thunder, Witcher, Dragon Age, Fallout and some products from the Elder Scrolls series. The program is distributed for free under the GPL license and offers its open source code for gamers to use in their own projects.
Like it should be, the Nexus Mod manager has all the necessary tools to work with certain file types. The main options allow to add, update and combine mods into categories, create installers backups and game profiles.
The interface was designed in the special style using large icons and tabs technique. The main working area shows the list of game add-ons and their detailed information. Due to the table view of this list, all the mods can be sorted by one or another feature, like name, version or date.
Additional areas of the Nexus Mod Manager – download manager and mods activation queue – are floating and open during mouseover by default and then automatically close when inactive. The program supports the following file formats: FOMOD, ZIP, RAR and 7Z.
The program works correctly but its interface cannot be called user-friendly.
